1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Moin Travels. By accessing our website, booking our vehicles (Tempo Travellers, Buses, Cars), or utilizing our passenger transportation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with bookings or use our services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All booking requests submitted through our online enquiry forms, call lines, or WhatsApp channels are subject to vehicle availability and rate confirmation by the Moin Travels desk.
- Advance Deposit: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the mutually agreed advance payment.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance amount must be settled directly with the chauffeur or our billing office as per the schedule outlined in your booking invoice.
3. Rental Charges & Inclusions
Our customized quotations are structured based on trip parameters (kilometer estimate, route, duration):
- Included: Vehicle rental, professional chauffeur service, fuel charges.
- Excluded: Toll tax, state border permits, parking fees, and driver overnight allowance (unless explicitly included in the written quote). These must be paid extra by the client.
- Extra Kilometers/Hours: Any travel exceeding the contracted package parameters will be billed at the standard rate per kilometer/hour specified in your invoice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing or via WhatsApp:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund of the deposit (minus nominal processing fees).
- Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to pickup are subject to a 50% retention charge of the advance deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.
5. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
To ensure safety and highway regulations, clients agree to adhere to the following:
- No Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances inside any Moin Travels vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Littering & Damage: Any damage caused to the vehicle interior (upholstery, LED screens, window glasses, audio system) due to negligence or misconduct will be billed directly to the customer.
- Luggage Limits: Guests are advised to carry luggage matching the vehicle's safe cargo capacities.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Moin Travels maintains the highest safety standards and punctuality records, we shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or route changes due to force majeure events (severe weather, natural disasters, unexpected highway traffic congestion, roadblocks, riots, or security guidelines).
- Loss of personal belongings or luggage left unattended inside the vehicle cabins.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
